Go to Settings → Portal to customize:

Bullet points (e.g., "30% commission")
Navigation
Choose navigation layout:
Header — Horizontal nav at top
Sidebar — Vertical nav on left
Custom Domain
Default Subdomain (Free)
All plans include:
Custom Domain (Pro Plan)
Use your own domain:
Setup:
Add a CNAME record in your DNS:
Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
Go to Settings → Portal → Custom Domain
Enter your domain
Click Verify
White-Label (Pro Plan)
Remove all PromoteBoost branding:
No "Powered by PromoteBoost" footer
No PromoteBoost logo
Fully your brand
Enable in Settings → Portal → Hide Branding.
Affiliate Signup
Public Signup
Anyone can sign up via your portal link.
Invite-Only
Disable public signup and invite affiliates manually:
Go to Affiliates → Invite
Enter email address
Affiliate receives invitation email
They complete registration
Require Approval
Enable approval in campaign settings:
Affiliate signs up
Status is "Pending"
You receive notification
Approve or reject in dashboard
Affiliate is notified
Two-Tier / Sub-Affiliates
If enabled, affiliates can recruit other affiliates:
Get a recruitment link
Earn percentage of sub-affiliate commissions
View their network in the portal
Enable in Campaigns → Settings → Two-Tier.
Affiliate Notifications
Affiliates can receive emails for:
New conversion
When they make a sale
Commission approved
When pending becomes approved
Payout sent
When they're paid
Configure defaults in Settings → Notifications.
