Getting Started

Set up your affiliate program in 5 minutes.


Step 1: Connect Stripe

  1. Go to Settings → General

  2. Click Connect Stripe

  3. Authorize PromoteBoost in the Stripe popup

  4. You'll be redirected back — done!

PromoteBoost now receives your payment events automatically via webhooks.


Step 2: Create a Campaign

Campaigns define how affiliates earn commissions.

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Click Create Campaign

  3. Configure your commission:

Pay on subscription renewals (up to 24 months or lifetime)

How long referrals are tracked (default: 30 days)

Minimum Payout

Minimum balance before payout (e.g., $50)

  1. Click Save

Step 3: Add Tracking to Your Site

Step 4: Customize Your Portal

Your affiliates access their dashboard at:

Customize it in Settings → Portal:

  • Upload your logo

  • Set your brand colors

  • Add a custom domain (Pro plan)


Step 5: Invite Affiliates

Option A: Share your portal link

Send affiliates to your portal. They can sign up and get their referral link instantly.

Option B: Invite directly

Go to Affiliates → Invite and enter their email. They'll receive an invitation.

Option C: Require approval

Enable "Require Approval" in campaign settings. You'll review each signup before they can promote.


You're Ready!

When affiliates drive sales:

  1. Sale is tracked automatically via Stripe

  2. Commission is calculated

  3. After the payout term (configurable, default: 30 days), commission becomes eligible for payout

  4. You pay via PayPal (manual or automatic)
